Cisco AIR-CAP2602I-A-K9 AP does not connect

Hello, can someone help me with information please?
I have 4 Cisco AP equipment, AIR-CAP2602I-A-K9, none of them I can use since I don't have a controller, but it strikes me that I can't even connect by console cable I have used putty,
teraterm, mobaxterm and I cannot communicate with the AP, the configuration is:

9600 baud
data bit: 8
parity: none
stop bits: 1
Flow control: none
I connect it to a Router and I get an IP by DHCP, I recognize it by its Macc address, it pings it correctly, but I can't enter via web browser http: //, https: // either. I hope someone can help me, thank you.

By default telnet/ssh/web access is disabled by the controller for controller models
if so the device  first need to connect to a controller then you can enable this access from the controller
but bootup-logging should still be visible on the console!

Just to be sure: the console cable works on other Cisco devices ?
you may need to experiment using com port numbers (Com1 Com2 Com3 etc)

try resetting the AP to factory defaults by
- disconnecting power
- press and keep pressed the small black button next to the connectors
- apply power / PoE
- untill the LED lights RED (after +/- 20-30 seconds)
- then releaser the button

if no output at all on console port it may be the device is defective
