Cisco CMX downgrade to MSE on 3365 appliance

Hi

We have been shipped a couple of Cisco MSE 3365 appliance with the CMX 10.0 code however we are running Cisco Prime 3.0 and require MSE for WiPS.  As Prime is only running 3.0 we cannot add the CMX to Prime to downgrade, therefore will need to do this task manually

I am looking for guidance and best practices on downgrading the CMX to MSE and things to look for.

Did you get it sorted? I need to do similar downgrade from 10.4.1 down to 8.0.150.0, on a 3365 appliance. There is no ISO available for the target image, can't do CIMC KVM Virtual Media based method to load the new software.
