Cisco Mobility Clients Connect After Several Attempts

Hello,

We deployed the Cisco Mobility Express in a site several months ago. There are 3 APs joined. Currently, many clients complain that, when they try to join Wi-Fi, they have to enter password several times, before connecting. And some clients complain that, when they connect to Wi-Fi, their host lose connection after some minutes. I debugged one of the clients. The debug output and Mobility express configuration added to the attachment.

Could be a software bug, which software version are you using on the APs?

8.5.131.0

Are your SSID's not WPA2/AES? From the config it looks like its not. That might be the issue with newer clients these days.

As Scott wrote, what security settings are enabled on the SSID?
Also, I recommend to upgrade the software to 8.5.140.0, although I don't believe that is the source of the problems you have.
You also might want to disable Adaptive FT on the SSID for testing.
