Cisco WLC Anchor WLANS Limit

Dear All,

I planning to configure a new Cisco WLC 5520 as anchor controller.

The foregin controller is already in place and it is a WLC 5508.

I 'd like to use the Anchor WLC fot the Guest WLAN, but also I need to use it for other ten WLANS. Are there some limitations? It is possible?

You can anchor as many wlans as you want as long as you don’t hit the max limit which I believe it’s 200. Remember that you have to anchor the wlan also on the foreign controller to that wlan on the anchor, so you will also have to have mobility defined from all controllers to the anchor. Why are you anchoring so many wlans?

Hi Scott, one slancio is formato guest toner one byod the others are formato IOT.
