CMX and Detect & Locate

hi

I have a CMX (10.3.0-62), On the CMX the Service "Connect & Engage" work with a portal and login the users and i can see the information in the dashboard

The issue that the CMX can not see the active Devices but the WLCs that register are active and send the information in the table "Controllers"

For this reason I can not see in the maps the function "Detect and Locate" and much less I can see analytics information.

Perform integration with a Cisco Prime and export the maps and locations of the APs

And I tried to restart the services on many occasions, delete and add the WLC again but I still do not see the active users

Any idea what can i do for this error?

Hi Julio

Did you get this resolved as I have an engineer with the same problem. He upgraded CMX to 10.3 and there is no client activity in CMX.

I did the upgrade to 10.3 and i have the same problem, no cliente activity in CMX

do you find the solution ? or you did the downgrade to 10.3.0?
