Configuring dual sim on Cisco 819 4G router

  Hi all,

i'm tryinng to configure dual sim failover on a Cisco 4G router (C819HG-4G-G-K9) but i'm not able to.

Single SIM in slot 0 works properly, but i cannot add a second profile for sim in slot 1.

Reading the following document :

seems that "Dual SIM feature is not supported in this release" .... so i'm wondering why a have 2 SIM slots but i cannot use it in the same time!

Is really dual sim not supported or i need any license or configuration?

If it's really not yet supported it will be supported in the future?

This is the output of a "sh inventory" command :

I tried tu upgrade IOS image to c800-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-2.T.bin but this not solved the issue.

confirms me that this router is "Hardware Ready" for dual sim support but there will be  "software support with future IOS release FCS Q3CY2013"

This feature is not supported yet by IOS. It will be supported with new IOS release which probably released to end of July 2013 till that time you have to wait.

thanykou for reply, i'll wait for new ios release. Reading the datasheet clarified me the question, i just was not able to understand when new ios would be released.

Yes, the support was added  in mainline IOS 15.3(3)M or later releases.

Was the new IOS version with support of DUAL Sim (i.e. multiple apn profiles) already released?
