I have recently deployed 3800 series access points in a flex connect environment and notice I am having issues with maintaining connectivity to the wireless network on the CP-8821 phone. When roaming between access points I drop the signal completely. The access points are anchored by a 5520 controller running 8.2.151.0. I'm wondering if there are compatibility issues between the 3800 and the phone because I have another site that is anchored by a local 5520, however, the APs at that site are 3700 series but the 8821's have not encountered any problems. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
