Downgrade Firmware of the AIR-AP2802I-C-K9

There is a way to compatible with current WLC that upgarde the WLC version.

But if i upgrade the WLC version, there will be many APs are getting into trouble.

So May i know can we downgrade the firmware of the AIR-AP2802I-C-K9 ?

If there any possible way to downgrade ?

If you have a compatiblity issues with AP models that you use and WLC software version that require to run latest AP models, then you can keep a WLC with older image (eg. 8.0.x) & other WLCs with latest (eg 8.2.x or 8.3.x) to support latest AP model.

If you do not have multiple WLCs, but have large number of older AP & newer APs, then you have a real problem.

If you have few APs, then you can try deploy one of 2800 as mobility express (ie WLC functionality within an AP) and mange other 2800s using the ME
