Looking for some experienced feedback, as we are upgrading soon and are considering altering a detail her or there when we do so.
In a mixed environment, at what ratio of CCX-supporting clients to non-CCX-supporting clients should one consider switching from the CCX-based DTPC to the 11h based TPC for transmit power negotiation on the 11a/n radios?
Also, does running DTPC on 11b/g/n while running 11h on 11a/n pose a problem for clients, especially WRT the Client Band Select feature?
(Interestingly, the ratio of CCX-supporting clients we see is about the same on 11a as it is on 11n5. I would have thought newer clients would tend more towards building in CCX, but I guess not.)
