Hi,
We have a 4404 controller and 1010/1131 access points. We use enterprise authentication. Windows AD environment. Clients are mainly Windows 7.
The problem at the moment is, users are having to enter their logon details at least twice, sometimes three times when they join the network.
It sounds to me like a Radius problem. Has anyone else experienced this?
Any help would be much appreciated,
Jamie.

Did you look at the radius server logs and the logs on the wlc? That will usually give you a good idea what is going on. If its everywhere then it might be a radius issue, if it only in one building, it can be latency or maybe increasing the timeout value.
Thanks,
Scott Fella

Hi Scott,
Logs arn't telling us much.
Where would I increase the timeout value?

on the WLC you could check the eap timers with "show advanced eap" and change it with "config advanced eap [option]"
