I'm currently working with Cisco WCS version 5.0.56.0 and Cisco 4402 WLC (version 5.2.193.0).
I have around 500 current guest user accounts and want to export these in a reasonable format (eg csv) from WCS for use elsewhere as a file.
Please can someone explain how it can be done ?
thanks

You can run the Report on Cisco WCS.
Here is the procedure:

Hi Sandeep
As we're running WCS version 5.0.56.0 this reporting option isn't available. Do you have any ideas based on our software ? I guess there must be a file somewhere in WCS on the server that I could obtain ?
thanks

NO there is no other option.
Either you should upgrade it or migrate to Prime infrastructure.

Because it its just one WLC, you can also get the accounts from the device itself. Make sure that you use a local account for the authentication and execute the commands below.
(2504) >config passwd-cleartext enable
The way you see your passwds will be changed
You are being warned.
Enter admin password: **********
Enabling cleartext viewing of passwords
(2504) >grep include "netuser add" "show run-config commands"
Press any key to continue..
netuser add Guestuser Guestpassword wlan 0 userType guest lifetime 86400 description
