How can CMX detect clients when the store is closed

How can CMX detect passersby in a location at 3am when the mall is closed???? No way should this product say that there are users in the area long after the mall has closed.

Does your CMX sync with NTP  & configured for correct timezone ?

They are but i only have 1 ntp server

With sites all over the us should I be pointing to public ntp servers?

With stores all over the US and with CMX in the same timezone as the NTP that it syncs with I have all the sites configured for their timezone but not understanding why CMX would report a site with passersby a 3am??

Have you considered:

- people outside who are within range?

- cleaning and maintenance staff who often inside the premises even after official 'closing time' and sometimes even store staff restocking and tidying shelves changing displays etc?

But CMX reports 247 passerby between 3 and 4am??
