Hi All,
I have 60 laptop users in my office. is there any AP supports 60 hosts at a time.how many clients will support for AP 3500 with 802.11N

I see. Ok that helps. So maybe it can be something like this.
Shared Medium # of users
802.11a 15 per AP
802.11b 20-25 total per AP
802.11g 20-25 total per AP
802.11n 25 per Radio so possible for 50 total per AP

Doesnt that just further support a possible increase in clients per radio?
Depends on the traffic.
I mean, if the clients are just pushing emails, HTML, FB, etc ... I would turn-the-other-way and bump the number up from 25 clients to 35.
It doesn't matter if you're using 802.11 a/b/g OR n. It all boils down to what kind of traffic and how "sustained" the traffic is from the clients to the WAP.

This is also just data...voice will have a limit on call capacity also. Currently they suggest 14 simultaneous calls on the 2.4ghz and 20 on the 5ghz. I still like to keep the numbers low but maybe that's just me.
