How many Licences can a WLC support

Hi

We have 3 WLC's with the following licences

WLC1 - 50 Licences

WLC2 - 100 Licences

WLC3 - 25 Licences

We have run out of Licences and now well order 50 more. Do we also need to purchace another WLC or can we add licences to a current WLC

that depends.  If you have 440x then you need to order a new WLC.

If you have 5508, then you can just order a new license.

Our WLC are as follow -

WLC1 - 4400 - 50 Licences

WLC2 - 4400 - 100 Licences

WLC3 - 5508 - 25 Licences

Therefore we can add more licences onto WLC3?

yes, you could add more on WCL3.  the 4400 are hard set in teh ASIC for the 'license'
