How many radius session can I configure to administrate network devices without license?

I have license for tacacs to administate network devices, but I have some devices that only support radius, so I would like to know how many session in radius can I configure?

Many as you desire, actually it does not depend of the network device, it depends of the users allowed through radius. These users are created on the domain controller.

As Julio said, you can have as many session as you want, even you can have multiples sessions from the same user. Here is the RFC for Radius: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2865
