How To Reset Cisco Air CAP 27021-F-K9

I have a problem configuring Cisco Air CAP2702i-F-K9 AP

1. I can not get into terminal via serial port
2. I want to do reset, using hard reset but always fail (do the steps in hard reset of cisco device are all the same?)
can you give me the solution,

Hi,

Here is the procedure:

1. Disconnect power from the AP or Disconnect the power jack for external power or the Ethernet cable for inline power.

2. Press and hold the MODE button while you reconnect power to the AP.

3. Hold the MODE button until the Status LED turns amber, and then release the button.

4. The Status LED turns amber in approximately 1 to 2 seconds.

5. After the AP reboots, reconfigure the AP

 - Why can you not access the serial port ?

I've followed all the steps in configuring cisco via console, but to login into terminal login I did not succeed

 

 - What did not succeed, do you not get a login prompt, or is  there something else ?

How can I configure this model independently?
Currently, when I enter the console, it goes to capwap, which I don't have, in the console screen
