Is there any command to check wlc power supply serial number ?

Hi,

I want to check wlc5508 power supply serial nummer, but we only can check the  power supply status by "show inventory" or "show sysinfo" command.

Is there any command to check the power supply serial number on CLI or GUI ?

Thanks

Not sure if this will work but it will get the SFP details which are not seen via the show inventory

show inventory raw

or

debug fastpath cfgtool --dump.sfp

Then the only variant is to pull it out. If you have two, then this should work without an interruption.

Hi,

It is not possible to find out the power supply serial number through the WLC or via SNMP.

Best regards,

Haifeng

If the previous commands don't show it, then probably not.

Thanks for your reply, i also think so...

Yes, it should be printet on a label on the PSU. For this you have to remove it and check the label.

Ok, it seems that this is the only way
