Hello,
I bought PAK License with following article number, L-LIC-CTVM, I tried to generate License file through PAK number, everything going well till the last step where the product ID filed is not active (please see attachment), upon giving the serial number and clicking next, it gives us error that the product key is missed.
can someone help me please why i can not register my pak? my pak show the article number through the process, i mean it is valid pak.
