we have cisco WLC model 2504 with vesion 7.3
and LWAP model AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9
some users who have laptop model Lenovo E420 can connect with cisco AP (AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9 ) but can not access to internet .
but all other users have other laptop can assosiate to cisco AP and access to internet .
after that we connect one AP type TP-link to the network and users have laptop model E420 can connect with TP-link access point and access to internet.

If the client is associating to the same WLAN and you're not providing any kind of aaa override or differentiated access to this particular client, then they "should" experience the same connectivity results as the other devices "if" they're actually connecting properly.
From the WLC run a client debug and then try to connect the problem client. Post all the outputs you collect from the client debug for the client trying to connect.
>debug client
Once the client connects to the wireless network, please verify the client has an IP address on the proper network and can ping it's default gateway. Please post the results of pinging the gateway as well.

Hi,
Once try by updating the driver of your laptop E420 WLAN, and check is Lenovo users are able to ping gateway of there network.
If they are able to, then we need to further rectify this issue.. you have to share your WLC running-configuration.
