LAN Controller for multisite locations

hello

can anyone help me with a particular scenario i am up against. we have multiple office in different cities, all connected via MPLS circuit...would i need a LAN controller each site or just on central with HA?

There are several ways of doing this:
1. Central WLC if the WAN links are big (>20 Mbps);
2. Flexconnect; or
3. Mobility Express.
NOTE: For #1 will depend on how many APs per site.

In that scenario I would run a WLC in HA and having the APs in Flexconnect. 

Another option would be look at Cisco Meraki that uses a cloud controller that way you dont need have the APs depending on a central WLC.
