When I run into an issue like that, I usually would either upload a different recovery image or concert it to autonomous and then back to lightweight.

Wow. it seems the abnormal behavior with the AP join issues are more common than what one can expect.

Hi,
Make sure the date and time is correct on the controller.
I can see from your screenshot that the AP goes to CFG state which means the join is OK.
Please check again and provide txt format, not screenshot of the logs.
Check also the logs and traplogs on the controller if it tells anything.
Regards,
Amjad

Amjad,
I have seen AP's get into the CFG and then it fails to complete and goes back in a loop. Usually it's a corrupted recovery image and replacing that has always been the fix for me, since I play around with beta codes and that seems to mess up my AP's:)

I did that once with 1522 AP that took my whole day tryin got understand where the problem is. But the recovery image solved that. But it is a headahce to console to an outdoor AP. Those who deal only to indoor APs should know they are lucky. ;-)
