LWAP is not getting ipv4 but gettting ipv6 address in show cdp neighbour "interface" detail command

On troubleshooting we found that on core switch ARP will happen for all APs connected in LAN. I am getting ARP of all other APs but except one AP which has issue.  Interface VLAN of all AP is configured on core & AP is connected to access switch on access port. I did clear ARP on core switch & , clear MAC address core and access  switches but no positive results.

on access switch when i do show cdp on connected interface i see IPv6 address

I suspecting issue with DHCP. 

What do you say friends? Please  suggest.

I have ran into issues like this with 3702’s. What I had to do is either factory reset the AP or also delete the image except for the rcv image and that was my fix.
