LWAPP 1242 radio 0 shows down

I have cisco LWAPP 1242 AP already joined controller but 802.11b/g shows down on the radio 0 interface. I tried to enable it but it comes with an error" Error in enabling admin status". I have resetted the AP to factory default settings and even replaced with NEW AP. Any comments would be appreciated.

Do you have the global 802.11bgn network enabled? It's the correct country code on the AP? Been seeing that lately. Also, console into the ap while booting up and post the output.

Only radio 0 right?

Can you please tell us what is the domain of your WLC set for?  Please post the command "sh inventory" taken from the WAP in question?

Issue got fixed by disabling cdp on accesspoint. Thanks for your support
