Ap 1832i is joining wireless controller 2504 normally. But not broadcasting ssid, another series is working properly and broadcasting except this series.

yes i am disabling it in purpose.(my laptop does not support mode a)
the other AP which is Air-CAP2702I-E-K9 is working properly.
i tried two Ap 1832i and both having the same problem

AP is in default-group ..it must broadcast the SSID.

that's what i am trying know why!!
AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 this model is broadcasting.
while this model AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 is not broadcasting.
firmware the of WLC 2504 is the latest which is 8.2.110.
attached is the output while both models are connected to the WLC. and they are connected to switch interfaces having the same configuration.

Also check if Radios are disabled or enabled!!!
Go to Wireless > Access Points > Radios > 802.11a/n/ac or 802.11b/g/n then on far right of the AP you will see a drop down blue box , click configure and see if Admin status is enabled or not!!!

yes they are enabled for all aps and on both 802.11a/n/ac and 802.11b/g/n.

This does not make sense.
Can you please DOWNGRADE to 8.2.100.0?
Another thing to try is remote into the AP and attach the "event.log" file.
