ME roaming and RF

Hello

i have 2 x 2802i running in Mobility Express and they are running same SSID. It works fine but seeing two issues. 

1. client roaming, when I move between rooms the client reports 1-2 bars instead of full bars of signal strength and takes some time to switch over to second AP which is closes to the second AP. Why is this delay there?

What is the wireless NIC of the client? What is the wireless NIC driver version?

It’s usually an iPhone of different model but using iOS 11-13
