NCS - locating the AP to the floorplan

Hi,

According to Cisco Prime Network Control System Configuration Guide, Release 1.1 (

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/ncs/1.1/configuration/guide/maps.html#wp1283816), the only way to locate APs to floorplan is by manual which is one by one. Is there any other quick way let say i have more than 500APs. do i have to locate one by one or auto?

The only way is to place them manually.

There is only the manual way.

What do you mean by automatic way to place the APs on the map? How can any script or code to guess the APs location? if a code or a script can guess the location of the APs that would be possible but it is not.

Because the human is the part that knows the exact location of the APs then it should be done manually. I am not able to think about any other way.
