Hello
See Right to Use (RTU) Licensing -
Right to Use (RTU) licensing is a model in which licenses are not tied to a unique device identifier (UDI), product ID, or serial number. Use RTU licensing to enable a desired AP license count on the controller after you accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Just keep track of your license info, with the RTU, you can adjust whenever you need. It's a trust between the customer and Cisco when you add/change your license.
