New radio connect WLC for 60 second then reconnect

I have a 5508 with sw 7.0.98, i have 30 3500 ap conected inn local mode. When we connect a 1142ap on a remote location the radio connect the controller download sw stay there for about 40-90 sec, the reconect. On a other remote site against the same controller, is everything ok.

Thanks for the ratings (although the your issue hasn't been resolved).

I can but see two options here ...

Option 1:  Console into the AP, disconnect the link to the WLC and in enable mode enter the commands "clear lwapp private" and  "clear lwapp ap controller ip address".  Reboot the AP and during the bootup connect it to the WLC.

Option 2:  If this hasn't fixed the issue, raise a TAC case.  The 3500 is soooooo new I believe you've just stumbled into a bug.

By the way ... Make sure the WLC regulatory domain matches with your AP too.

Hi, the WLC is licensed for 50 radios, and it is 32 connected now

It seems that we have found the cause of the problem, communication from 150.X.X.X is being NAT by some faulty rule in the Firewall here in Oslo.
