Portal ISE - Session Radius not found

Hi all .We have the environment with two appliance ISE (Version 1.4.0.253) and we have a portal to make the authentication of users in AD( Active Directory).
When we apply on ISE to permit only one cellphone by section the user connect with successful but if the same user disconnected
and try again to make a authentication on portal it appears the error message: Section Radius not found.

After this error is necessary connect in ISE and delete the section of user , making the exclusion the user if him try again the conection is fine.

I would like to know if anyone knows what might be happening?

I have also seen this problem in our environment. Also got som "internal error" messages when trying to athenticate with mobile devices.

Did you find a solution to this? We're running into the 500-Internal Server Error issue as well. Seems to be related to the WLC and ISE having different radius session id's intermittently.

We found the solution for our issue.

We were using the internal NTP server and sometimes we had a problem to synchronize the time with Active directory and ISE (had a delay).

This delay to internal server can occurs when have a Firewall used to local default gateway to internal vlan.

In our case we had a firewall used with default gateway , after changed the NPT server internal to external server of Active Directory and ISE and after this action our issue is solved.
