Prime (NCS) for WLAN

Hello,

I should make an offer for a client "Prime (NCS)" for its wireless environment

I must admit that I do not look through despite a long search at Cisco.

Current is apparently the Preime (NCS) Release 2.0. When I look at wireless, but I find only release 1.1?

The customer has a WLC 5508 SSO cluster, 3600, and 1242 APs.

What Rrelease can I take and what I need for the WLAN Management and possibly also for Netflow?

Can I use Prime for the VoIP environment (Call Manger and phones) too?

Can you give me some explanation and the right URLs?

Surely you can use Prime infra. for your Voip environment as well. You  can monitor Voip calls graphs/statistics etc. PFA for the supported  devices for each of versions 2.0, 1.4, 1.3 and 1.2 . You can use the excel sheets for future use to know the devices and software compatiblity!
