Recommended DCA settings and DFS requirements for Canada

I'm wondering if anyone out there has some information on recommended DCA channel settings on a 4404 controller for 802.11a/n and/or 802.11b/g/n networks in Canada.

Are the extended DFS channels permitted?  I was under the impression the US and Canadian regulations were the same but I can't seem to locate any definitive documentation.

A best-practices document outlining which DCA channels should be enabled in each band and if UNII-2 channels in 5.0Ghz should be enabled would be of great benefit.
