roaming issue between AP1231 and AP1260

Hello,

a client has a roaming issue with summit clients

SDC-PE15N. He has installed the latest driver, now.

He has installed IOS-based AP1231 and IOS-based AP1260.

When a client roams from AP1231 to AP1260 and the N-standard is active then he has a roaming issue. He looses the connection for a few seconds.

If  802.11n is deactivated and 1MBps is configured as mandatory then roaming works fine.

Does everyone has an idea?

thanks

Martin

That sounds more like the device needs 1mb as mandatory vs an 'N' issue per se.

N will work with 1M as mandatory.

Leave all the N config in place and set 1M a mandatory and let us know if roaming works as it should.
