int BVI1
ip address 10.0.1.1 255.255.255.0
ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
Need the radio int on a different network from the ethernet int. Planned on using a secondary address on the BVI int.
I've had no luck adding a secondary address to the int BVI1. CLI accepts the string, but the entry is never added to the config. Anyone with ideas about what I'm missing?

I have exactly the same issue on a 1200 AP. Peter did you get a solution?

Try this - it seems to create a second instance of the BVI 1 interface.
ap#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
ap(config)#int bvI 1:0
ap(config-if)#
ap(config-if)#ip address 10.2.2.2 255.255.255.0
ap(config-if)#end
ap#sh ip int brief
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
BVI1 192.168.54.1 YES NVRAM up up
BVI1 10.2.2.2 YES manual up up
both addresses can be pinged
