Hello guys

I have a WLC 5508 Software 8.0.133.0 and I configured the following SNMP Traps:

General: Link (port) Up/Down

AP: AP Register and AP Interface UP/DOWN

But my monitoring team is receiving this trap KTS VOIP CALL FAILURE:

"A "ciscoLwappKtsVoipCallFailureNotif" event has occurred, from GnCiscoDev device, named WLC-XXXX"

If I only checked 3 options in SNMP trap why My team is receiving this trap? And what this trap mean? I have tried to find information and I don't find something specific aside this is the OID

searching for VOIP call failure I found this:Cheat-Sheet-Common-Wireless-issues

VoIP Call Failure: '1x:xx:1x:xx:xx:xx' client, detected by 'xx-xx-xx' AP on radio type '802.11b/g'. Reason: 'Call failed: TSPEC QOS Policy does not match'.
Means platinum QoS was not configured on WLAN
