If you want to upgrade to PI 3.5, make sure you have TAC on the phone.

Like Leo mentioned, it’s best to have a TAC case open, especially if this is your first time upgrading. I personally would make sure you have at least patched and upgraded to the latest 3.4 before upgrading.  I didn’t have any issue when upgrading from the latest 3.4 to 3.5, but others have. Export your devices and maps!!!

i probably would spin up a new VM of 3.5 and import the devices and maps, that is if you have a VM and not an appliance.
