update ios on controller model 5500

Hi all,

I am having an issue updating the code on my controller. The issue I am having is when I download via tftp it get to the end and gives me this error.

% Error: Code file transfer  failed - Error while writing output file

Have tried two different tftp programs including tftp32. Also tried doing an ftp and get an error also. Not sure what the issue is but would be nice to update to 7.3.

Issue was the config was too new for the current config. Had to update to 7.0 first and then was able to go to 7.3.
