Virtual WLC as Foreign Controller with a Physical WLC as Anchor

Hi,

Release notes for vWLC states 'Mobility / Guest Anchor' as unsupported on vWLC -  https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn85mr4.html#wlc-vwlc

Can the vWLC act as a foreign controller, to establish a tunnel to a physical WLC in the DMZ for guest traffic?
