Hi,
I've a question about vWLC instalation, has someone already installed it on Amazon AWS?
is it officially supported by Cisco?

You need to look the see if Airwave support the vWLC. I would think it would since it just uses snmp. You just wouldn't get all the same features as if you were to use Prime Infrastructure.

you can install vWLC on Amazon AWS because you can import Virtual Machine on AWS which you created on VMware by using VM import/Export tool. For more detail about this tool and how you import the VM machine please follow the below link

After 3 years since your initial post, seems that this is still a difficult question to be answered.
I've searched at many foruns but haven't found anything usefull. Yesterday I tried to migrate a vWLC 8.2.100.0 to our Amazon EC2, but no success at all.
Were you able to migrate your vWLC to Amazon?

vWLC on AWS is supported now on version 8.5.
