When I am in the security section.
I select an SSID, I tell it to disable wireless isolation for both within and between SSIDs.
After a while the settings reset themselves for both my SSIDs.

I am not using VLANs right now, the rest of our new managed Cisco switches are not in yet, so I can't realy setup the VLANs for the entire network properly.
