What are the frequency ranges that clean air capable AP scans?

Hello Experts.

Typically will a clean air capable AP scans all the channels in 2.4 Ghz (2312- 2484) and 5 Ghz (5160 -5825) of WiFi band radio spectrum or only those channels that are allowed by the AP's shipped regulatory domain?

What could be the reason of having the Affected channels listed as unknown? Does it mean the source of interference is detected outside the operating range of 2.4 Ghz (2312- 2484) and 5 Ghz (5160 -5825) frequency band?

CleanAir can be:

All— All channels
DCA—Channel selection governed by the DCA list
Country—All channel legal within a regulatory domain

I don´t think so. Maybe the problem can be related with the first question.
