Which smartnet product do I need for priming 3702?

Ok so I've purchased 3702 + 2504 bundle (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-2700-series-access-point/brochure-c02-733838.html) but the lights flashing green - red - off and my clients cannot connect via 5ghz and cannot create 5ghz only network.

After a series of email exchange with Cisco tech support as well as further research reveals that I need to "prime" these APs since they are universal versions (AIR-AP3702-UXK9). While I did not ask for universal version, and I was naively expecting configure & run scenario even though they are Cisco products, it looks like I need a Smartnet contract attached to my account in order to run Android Airprovision app and prime these APs so they can be used for 5ghz bandwidth.

I have purchased the bundle from Newegg, and I have no Cisco partner contacts. While searching for Smartnet, I've realized that it's being sold as a product you purchase, not a service you sign up for. For example, I have found 3702i smartnet product at CDW: https://www.cdw.com/shop/products/Cisco-SMARTnet-extended-service-agreement/3166769.aspx?RecommendedFOREDC=3151564&RecoType=WA&cm_sp=Product-_-RecoWar-_-Cisco%20SMARTnet%20extended%20service%20agreement&programidentifier=2. My question is, would this product allow me to prime the APs?

Gripes about the not so easy to use "bundle" and typical CIsco issues aside, I just want to get this up and running at the moment. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Here is the instruction on how to prime these APs once you get access to this app.

The question was regarding which Smartnet product I need to purchase, in order to log in to the app and prime the APs. According to Cisco support I cannot use the App unless I have Smartnet contract attached to my account.
