I have a Cisco WLC 2504 running 8.5.120.0 software version connected to two APs AIR-AP1852I-S-K9. I have a problem with wifi connectivity that an user is disconnected from WLAN when walking from AP1 to AP2 coverage. And the log shows that the user cannot authenticate. The SSID is using [WPA2][Auth(PSK)] to authenticate. We confirm the user is using the correct password.

Can anyone help on it? Thanks.

If it's only affecting one user, try to update the network driver of the end device.

Hi,
We can list some reasons for that. Coverage problem is one of them. High channel utilization is a second one. Client driver also can be the problem.
Try to debug while moving and share the whole conversation with us.

Stop right there.
I am not troubleshooting any wireless issue until the controller is upgraded to, a minimum, 8.5.135.0. Period.
