I am trying to add WiFi capability with a CF card to a Trimble Recon Handheld so I can use Trimble TrimPix Pro software to transfer images from my digital camera to the handheld.
The Recon is running Windows Mobile 6 Classic CE OS 5.2.1941 (Build 18545.0.7.2) and Firmware 6.0.2.
The CF card is a Linksys Wireless-G CompactFlash Card Model Number WCF54G.
I installed the software from the Linksys website (http://support.linksys.com/en-us/support/adapters/WCF54G) onto the Recon and when I insert the CF card I get the following message:
Unrecognized Card
Enter the name of the device driver for this card. For information, see the card manufacturer's documentation.
If I run the WCF54G Wireless Network Monitor on the Recon it says Status: Driver Not Loaded and all other information is blank, after a few seconds the program automatically closes.
Any idea on how I can get this card to work?
