Connect to the WLC and enter the command "debug client " and get the client to attempt to join the SSID.

Post the entire association/authentication process without any alteration.

Hi Leo,

Will do that and post it after i get it.

Thanks your advise

Typically is many users have issues, it a wireless issue. When it's one or two, it's a device issue. So one user out of how many?

Rule of thumb is to make sure the device drivers are up to date and delete the wireless profile and add it back, reboot the device and see if that works.
