wlc 2504 and 2802i can't pass traffic

Hello my friend. I have cisco wlc 2504 and 8 ap 2802i .

Recently I ran into a problem. Different clients periodically lose connection (can't pass traffic). I've been searching the forum for similar problems and found these two CSCve57121 and CSCvc67005. Who know it might be the same bug or different? Now I was 8.5.105.0, but as I understand it is not the best option.

And may be anybody know, what firmware 100% solve these problem?

I'm so tired of experiments. Because now clients occasionally can't pass traffic at all. Only helps reconnect but I cannot reconnect every 30 minutes?!!! I try to catch debug, but debug is clean, nothing is happen, but wi-fi stop working. Who knows what firmware, 100% solves these two problems?

I need stable wifi without regular disconnect.

Hello,

Does this two bugs affect 1850 APs ?

It's unclear from bug tool:

Capture.JPG

No, its related to 2800/3800 platform as mentioned in bug caption.

CSCve57121 Cisco 3800 AP is not passing traffic
CSCvc67005 Cisco 2802 AP drops client ARP packets

Please rate useful post to help others. Thanks!

Seeing this on AireOS 8.5.120.0 with Cisco 2802 APs.

Windows 7 Device shows limited connectivity, the ARP entry is gone for the gateway.

The WLC shows client in run state and fully associated and authenticated.

Can see Client is continually broadcasting FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF on the air, to resolve, client needs to disconnect/reconnect or wait for EAP re-key to resume access and for limited conncectivity to disappear.

Issue does not occur at set time, same AP will still be serving other clients.
