WLC 5760 Client Connectivity problem

Hi

I have a Cisco 5760 (version 3.7.3) WLC with 3 APs : 1700, 3700 and 1850

1700 and 3700 are domain = -A

1850 is domain   = -H

when client connect to AP 1850 get IP address from DHCP correctly but can`t access any where, for example can`t ping Gateway address.

but when client connect same SSID on APs 1700 or 3700 everything is OK!

which issue can cause this problem ??

- H is for china where as -A for America. It is not recommend to configured two different regulatory domain country codes on same WLC. (This will lead to sub optimal channel & power level selection for your APs)

I do not think above this the cause for your issue. Most probably code specific issue with 1850 model. I would upgrade to 3.7.4E & see problem persist.

Hi Rasika

I upgrade to 3.7.4E and problem resolevd!!

in 1850 data sheet Wireless controller 5760 marked as feature support , but is WLC 5760 version 3.7.3 , AP 1850 supported ( based on release note ).

Many thanks
