Hi everyone!

A customer's WLC its droping APs, in the log says the physical port was up then down, (logs attached), I look into the sw which is connected to the WLC but i couldn't find anything. could be possible that a speed mismatch or some PoE issue causes the port to restart ?

I'd really apreciate your help!

Kind regards!

Time Since Counters Last Cleared............... 1 day 20 hr 48 min 2 sec

Is this match with the WLC uptime ?

As you can see those stats, there is no indication  of any layer 2 errors

Rasika

Yup, the customer told me they turned off the WLC and some switches in order to install a new UPS, but the issue was before this disconnection.

I understand since the counters were cleared we can not see any further information, right? or is there a way ?

Kind regards!
