WLC4404 version 6.0.199.4 and AP1262 doesn´t work

Hello,

I read in the document´s from Cisco that AP1262 does not work with WLC version 6.0.199.4...and the AP debug sents

"Nov 24 12:05:05.522: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: This AP is not supported in controller version 6.0.199.4"

My Question is...have you experiences with the 7.0.98.0 Version ? Have someone install that and works it fine ??

Or have someone a workaround for this AP1262 to work with the 6.0.199.4 Version at WLC 4404 ?

Hi,

AP1262 is only supported on version 7.0.98.0 or later: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn7.0.html.

6.0.199.4 does not include support for AP1262:
