Virtual service fedora install has not completed, please activate the VM after install is completed

I have ISR 4321 Cisco  and this configuration

2- when  i configure this command , it show this mesage error

 - I am not familiar with that particular environment and platform. Please review the document mentioned above. Pay particular attention to requirements and limitations.

The message you are receiving when attempting to activate the virtual service container is indicating the associated ova package was not successfully installed.

I do see where you did issue the "virtual-service install name fedora package flash:fedora21cloud-unsigned.ova" command, however, the "show virtual-service list" output does not list your container.

For the ISR 4k, including the 4321, I believe additional DRAM (beyond the 4GB system default) AND additional storage, i.e. NIM-SSD, is required in order to use service containers.
