We are having an issue with browsers other than IE9. IE9 prompted us to download an activeX control for the viewer. Firefox and Chrome do not prompt and as such we cannot see the camera viewer. Only IE9 works. We are local on the same subnet on a camera that has been defaulted back to its factory reset value.
